Would anyone here consider this to have a community based towards RPG Maker? Yeah I've seen the groups and what not but I do see a load of RM Pokemon games, none credited sources, no followed rules (ie no redistribution, alternative hosted content).

So would this be a case of just share and don't care or is there any kind of formed structure going on here which I don't or haven't seen before.
Yeah I know I'm not really active here but I thought it be the best place to enquire.
